I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

Did a complete drivetrain swap on my 08 vortecmax (l76/4l70e-l92/6l80e) and ran into a module correlation issue couldn’t pinpoint the issue with my tools and my only choice was to start replacing modules decided to take it into a better equipped shop to have them pinpoint the issue for me I took the truck to two different shops/tuners before hand wasting cash/time, the truck was down for 8 months CCMR went above and beyond to help get it back on the road quickly very pleased with CCMRs knowledge

You can go here and pay by the hour to use auto shop stuff. They have a couple hoists, a paint booth, tools to rent, tire machine, etc. Go mount and balance your own winter tires for a hundred dollars less than the tire shops want. Wanna paint your car? Bring in your paints and materials, and use the house guns and booth. Wanna do your brakes? Come rent a hoist for a few hours. Need to change an engine? They can rent your the space and a engine crane. If you have slight mechanical abilities you can save yourself alot of money with a place like this. Do your own tune ups or brakejobs. Help is available if you are nice, just ask the other people around there. Want a cheap mechanic, pop in here and ask the people that come in all the time if they wanna make a few bucks. Unique place for sure!

once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto.. I'll definitely be bringing my business to them in the near future. Cheers!
