The only negative is its sometimes hard to book appointments because theyre so popular. I guess thats what happens when youre good. Loved using the legpress machine attached to bungee cords (sorry Andrea, Im sure I butchered the name of that piece of equipment!)

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Harp is an exceptional physiotherapist. I have seen him for years now and he always gets to the problem and gives me relief or mostly complete resolution. I had had a very severe shoulder/back pain early this year. After taking two bottles of Advil and two weeks prescribed medicine, I still could not handle my daily work and sleep at night.
