Love the fact I don't need to book an appointment, staff very friendly, found many beautiful bras, and lots of lingerie, which didn't need any alteration, was treated like a princess, an added bonus they give $20 Princess that I get to use on my next purchase, that doesn't expire!!

I had a very positive & fun experience with Brenda. She's so helpful & definitely knows what she's doing. Everything she suggested to try on looked great on me. I am a very small person and always dread going in to buy a bra as usually there is no selection nor colors available. Well this was a pleasant experience and surprise to walk into this boutique and not only have someone help me with my situation, but give me so many choices in color and style that I had a hard time picking from the pile.
I ended up buying 4 bras and I must say they are the most comfortable I have ever had in my life!! Then she introduced me to the most comfortable tanga in the world, Hanky Panky!! I feel like a new woman. Thanks Night Owl, you are the best.

I don't normally shop for clothes at local boutiques but I gave it a try at Shades of Grey on 124 Street and walked out with basically a gorgeous, brand new wardrobe!!
It's a lovely little place with excellent salespeople and even better clothes!
I got a lot of cute blouses, a skirt and two adorable dresses.
The items can get a little pricy but I was looking for some new clothes for Spring so my splurge here just about covers that!
There are so many great brands here and a ton of jewlery from local artists. I picked up a beautiful necklace as well.
Shades of Grey has great selection and I will definitely be back! Shop local!

I come in every other week and the staff are friendly and helpful. The product has gotten better over the last few yrs. I like coming into this location at west edmonton mall because they have the most selection. The only bad thing I would say is that there is sometimes not enough of the staff on hand to help.

She listened to what the bride wanted and found things that the bride might not have thought of for both the bridesmaids dresses and the bride's. I've been here a couple times and I really like it. They have a ton of bras and a lot in my size (larger). They did a free fitting for me and I discovered my size is totally different than what I thought it was. The ladies were all really nice and even ordered in a couple bras that weren't in stock for me. They also had some lingerie and men's underwear and other stuff. Prices were great for a bra boutique - you get what you pay for in quality. I'll be back.

I love this store i have 3 kids and i like good quality clothing thats not expensive. This place is the only place i shop for my kids. Good quality cheep and great customer service. Plus when im done with my stuff i get take it back if still in good condition and get some money for it. Its a win win for me!
