took my VW 2005 beetle for preventative timing belt and water pump work. 1 month later and excuses, unanswered voice messages and texts. vet had to be towed to VW as timing was completely wrong. stated he "had to set it old school" got my money back from this shop. Peter damaged hood release(he made a wire one for me to find), stripped belly pan bolts(vw said wrong tool used). engine mount had to be replaced) cost to repair Peters damage $1,400 ($800 was VW for timing job - don't go here
